Tom Vidar Rygh leaves the board of StepStone ASA on joining Enskilda Securities

StepStone ASA today announced that, following his acceptance of a new position at Enskilda Securities, the leading Nordic investment bank, Tom Vidar Rygh has resigned from his non-executive position on the board of StepStone ASA.

Tom Vidar Rygh joined the board of StepStone ASA in February 2000 when he served as Executive Vice President and as a member the Executive Group Management at Orkla ASA. Orkla ASA is one of StepStone's lead investors and currently holds 9.3% of the shares in StepStone ASA.

The StepStone Board now comprises Jan Stenberg, Colin Tenwick (CEO), Klas Olaf Hillström, Lawrence Lepard and Bjorn Stray.
