Mr Martin Percival
Group Human Resources Director

Martin has been Group HR Director with StepStone since March 2007.

Martin joined the Company from Progress Software where for the previous 6 years he was HR Director for their Europe, Middle East and Africa region based in both the UK and the Netherlands.

Prior to Progress Martin worked with Amazon.com during their major growth period of 1999 to 2001. He was initially based the UK in the role of European Recruitment Manager and later relocated to The Hague in the role of Head of HR for the Netherlands for Amazon’s European Shared Services Centre. Martin commenced his career with Yellow Pages and has subsequently worked with Xerox and Microsoft.

Martin is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is married with one daughter.
