Mr Martyn Arbon
Chief Technical Officer
Martyn joined StepStone as Chief Technical Officer in November 2007.
With over twenty years experience in the IT industry, Martyn will assume responsibility for StepStone’s technical strategy and operations.
Martyn brings to StepStone Senior Technical management experience from a number of organisations including the Oracle Corporation where he was responsible for providing global technical resource for part of Oracle’s Application development function. Martyn started out as a Software Developer and brings detailed technical knowledge both from contributor and management perspectives, most recently leading multi-disciplined and organisationally dispersed technology groups.
