Further to the announcement on 5 May 2008 StepStone, subject to resolution of final outstanding matters, StepStone intends to apply this week to the UK Listing Authority for its shares to be admitted to a secondary listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority in order for them to be traded on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities
