Michael Röll takes over the global communications department at StepStone

Michael Röll becomes the new Chief of the global Communications departement of the StepStone Group as of May 1. As Vice President Corporate Communications, he will be responsible for global external and internal communications, employer branding and public affairs activities at the Duesseldorf-based digital company. In the newly created position, Röll will report to StepStone CEO Sebastian Dettmers.

Michael Röll is joining StepStone from the TUI Group. At the world's leading integrated tourism group, the 51-year-old led the Communications department (external and internal communications) in the Corporate & External Affairs division for four years. Most recently, he was responsible for Communications and Sustainability at the Spanish subsidiary TUI Musement, which is active in over 100 countries worldwide. Röll also held other management positions in communications at Vodafone Germany and Stinnes AG.
