The Stepstone Group Conference 2023: One week of learning, collaboration and tech

The third edition of the annual The Stepstone Group Conference redefines the company’s approach on technology and the way AI is embedded in its daily processes and products. Featuring 24 digital sessions under the banner “set for success”, speakers and attendees will come together to focus on how to foster growth for the global digital recruitment platform, its customers and its people in today’s evolving jobtech landscape.The week-long internal event is tailored exclusively for the Group’s more than 4,000 global employees and promotes group-wide learning and collaboration.

‘We are better together’ is one of The Stepstone Group’s core values and encourages partnerships, connections and co-operation. It is also the catalyst of the annual Conference, held this year from September 11th to September 15th. The program starts with a global townhall meeting on Monday that is streamed live from The Stepstone Group UK’s Bluefin office in London. Carefully shaped around the company’s strategy and business goals, the Conference continues throughout the week, with up to 8 presentations a day on topics as varied as technology and artificial intelligence, DE&I and accessibility, and labor market insights as well as customer centricity.

Focus on technology and AI topics
A special highlight of The Stepstone Group Conference will be the sessions on technology and AI topics. Experts of the company will discuss how they implement emerging technologies in their daily activities to ensure better processes and products. In his keynote Future of Work and AI expert Dan Sodergren will explore the interplay between work, technology, and AI in a post-pandemic world. Other keynote speakers of The Stepstone Group Conference include Prof. Jason Arday (University of Cambridge), Matt Dunsmoor (The Optimism Company), Lucas McGregor (The Stepstone Group), Dr. Christian Poensgen (author, speaker, coach & consultant) and Mina Saidze (Inclusive Tech).

Parallel to Conference Week, The Stepstone Group is proud to support another prestigious event. As an Official Supplier to the Invictus Games 2023 in Düsseldorf, employees get the opportunity to celebrate the partnership with the initiative and to set an example for equality and inclusion. Kicking off with the opening ceremony on September 9th, the Invictus Games Düsseldorf 2023 brings together over 500 competitors from 22 nations, to compete in a series of adaptive sports across 8 days. The partnership underlines The Stepstone Group’s support of equal opportunities and inclusivity in the labor market, which is also reflected in the company’s values.
